When did you join the company?
What prompted you to move to this new role?
I was fully employed but saw this as a better job
How did you find this role?
I was contacted by a recruitment agency directly via LinkedIn
Overall what is the best advice you can give other job seekers?
Don't give up - the perfect job is there, and it's better to patiently wait for it than compromise your personal preferences and requirements.
What was your biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge is to establish rapport when in lockdown. I haven't met any of my colleagues in person and we only communicate via videochats and meetings.
Has starting your new job been easier or harder than expected? And why?
It's been a bit harder than a normal one. Mostly because you don't get to meet the people or shadow someone.
What was your biggest positive surprise?
The attitude! Everyone is so helpful and positive
