What was your biggest challenge?
Finding a company that matches my values where I could feel challenged and appreciated. Meeting my colleagues through working from home.
Has starting your new job been easier or harder than expected? And why?
Easier, working from home it’s been an unusual start but the team has been so supportive and understanding I feel like it’s been much easier that I imagined.
