I wanted to join a company full time after working for myself.
How did you find this role?
I found multiple roles being advertised on LinkedIn and got in touch with the company's recruiter.
Overall what is the best advice you can give other job seekers?
Stay persistent and set yourself a target of applying for a minimum number of jobs every day. Ask friends and family to look over your CV and cover letter.
What was your biggest challenge?
Interviewing over a video call can be strange as it's harder to read body language, but you get used to it with time.
Has starting your new job been easier or harder than expected? And why?
This hasn't been too difficult. Tools like Slack and Zoom have made team communication extremely easy when you're not sharing an office.
